2021 Sees us returning to work with a varied number of projects on the books where we are assisting with Health and Safety advice.
One of these projects is the project in Union Street Inverness to develop the Arnotts department store into a £12.5m Retail and Residential space.
It is a vital project for Inverness and the wider community, providing 6 retail units and 53 apartments for the Highland Council and the Highland Housing Alliance, much needed high quality housing in the city centre.
cdmm(UK) Ltd are service provider for Health and Safety advice to the Principal Contractor (who subscribe to our Health and Safety Advice System) and we also are supporting the Principal Designer with CDM-A services.
Our team of Mechanical and Electrical Designers are also appointed to the project proving that we deliver a full consultancy service from the Built Environment to Health and Safety.
